Offered client a design review of current menuboard system that was heavily loaded and weighed down with written copy which few customers read.

Eye tracking by customer led to skipping copy and defaulting to more product “beauty shots” which did not sell. Redesigned menuboard to a “pictorial” format. No item category headers were really needed as large product shots drew eyes to desired category to order. This layout was the foundation of the new menu presentation.
