Steak 'n Shake wanted to decrease “Perceived Wait Time” in drive-thru lane after customers had ordered and before they pick up.
Coke studies have shown this is a period of frustration for customers. Developed signage telling customer that “their cooked to order” meal was “worth the wait”. We developed an easy to change “story line” that would occupy customers time. Sign was angled for best viewing. Size was consistent with PreOrder menuboard to maximize economies of scale in production and for printed pieces.
